Refund & Replacement Policy — Physical Products

At Deneen Marcel Skincare, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Because our products include skincare tools and hygiene-related items such as Gua Sha stones and Fresh Face Serum, we do NOT offer refunds or returns once the product has been delivered. This policy ensures the highest level of hygiene, product integrity, and customer safety.

However, we understand that issues may occasionally occur during shipping. In select cases, we will offer a replacement only (not a refund) for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

No Refunds or Returns for Safety & Hygiene

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all physical product sales are final.


This includes, but is not limited to:

- Gua Sha stones (Obsidian, Jade, Rose Quartz, Rock Quartz, Bian Stone, Stainless Steel)

- Fresh Face Serum

- Any skincare or hygiene-related items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these products once they have been purchased.

Replacement Policy (Exceptions Only)

While refunds are not provided, we understand that issues may arise. In rare cases, we may offer a replacement under the following conditions:

- The product arrived damaged

- The product was defective upon arrival

- The incorrect item was sent

To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

All three (3) requirements below must be submitted in full to process your request:

1. Order number

2. Description of the issue

3. Clear photos or video of the product and packaging

Once verified, a replacement—not a refund—will be sent out.
